I confirm that instruction and guiding in French territory is not included in the price of this Snow Safari holiday and no payment has been made to Oliver Ensor or Snow Safari or Chalet Savoy for ski guiding or instruction in France. I am issued with ski maps at each ski area I visit and it is up to me to chose my own routes and decide on which runs to take whether on or off piste . I allow any video footage taken to be used for educational and promotional purposes. I do not hold Oliver Ensor, Snow Safari or Chalet Savoy responsible for accidents or mishaps to myself , my partner or anyone in my party. I realize that winter sports can be dangerous. I am a member of the “Lee Valley Ski Club... (membership is free of charge). I am suitably insured for all the ski activities I undertake. All issues should fall under English Law.
